Inpatient Treatment Day 17: Making Progress

So it has been a while since i have logged on to write about what has been going on with the inpatient treatment.  i am feeling better already in some aspects of my life and in others it is very stressful.  i am really excited because i am going to get a bunny visit this weekend which is wicked exciting.  but back to the therapy.






that simple fortune has been something that has been rolling around in my head while i have been here in the OCDI.  Over the 17 days that i have been here i have seen a couple people leave the program for a number of different reasons but mainly because they weren't complaint with their treatment programs.  It is true you have to be will to grab the bull by the horns, look him in the eye and say i am not afraid.  if you don't the OCD will ruin your life.  I have seen now how much damage it has caused in my life.  How much pain and suffering it has caused me.   How much joy it took from me.

I wanted to share with people what I have taken back from the OCD, and this is something that i haven't done in years and years and my perfectionism tells me that they are hideous while i am working on them but once i step back and take a look at it again i can see the beauty in it, please read the quotes that are included they are there for a reason.










I wanted to show you what you can get back in your life when your OCD gets beaten back
